Our Process

Because the candidates we place are looking for careers, not jobs, it is important that there is a clear understanding of what your short and long-term goals are. Before presenting you for any positions or sending you on interviews, we meet with you and discuss the things that are most important to you in your new position. This investment of time at the beginning of the process saves you time and frustration in the long term.

We will then present our current opportunities to you as well as begin marketing your background to companies you have identified as your "dream job". As the companies are identified, the interviewing begins. Hire-Authority will be there for you every step of the way. Once we find the right opportunity for you and you have accepted a job, our real relationship begins. Being your recruiter means more to us than finding you a job; it means ensuring that you are happy in your career! We want to keep in close touch, particularly in the first few months while you get settled in. After those first few months, we are interested in hearing about your career growth, new opportunities, promotions, and raises.
