Although unemployment might be higher, it does not necessarily mean more professionals and specialists are looking for jobs. The candidates we focus on are the ones that are the top one percent in their specialized fields. They are a find in any economy.

Hire-Authority judges its success by the success of our clients. Finding you the right candidate for your company’s needs is not just a goal, but a commitment. It has been said that great people make great companies - we agree. We also believe that finding those individuals is a specialty. As you would go to the doctor when you are sick, hire an accountant to help with your taxes, or use a realtor to sell your house, it is often necessary to hire a specialist to handle your hiring.

How do we work? Recruiters are trained for two basic purposes: understanding what you need and finding the right person to fit the position. Hire-Authority will work with you to define your needs and advise you on how best to meet them. We will help develop an accurate job description and an appropriate compensation package. Finally, we find someone who meets your needs. We guide you through the interview, do your reference checks, and handle the offer. We keep this process anonymous and your search is confidential. Using a recruiter saves you the trouble and expense of running an ad that doesn’t work. The right person may be too busy at their current jobs to look at ads and post their resumes. It is the job of a good recruiter to introduce these opportunities to these candidates.


Process

Hire-Authority works hard to gain a clear understanding of your specific needs. Once the position and personality are identified, Hire-Authority begins to screen existing candidates and locating others. Once we’ve met with candidates, the next step is to have interviews at your site. We imagine this to be the time when you are able to introduce them to others, to better explain the business and allow both parties to see how they will fit in. The hard part is next - you choose the best candidate. From there we team up and make an offer that will hopefully entice them to join your team!

Our fee is on a contingency basis. We only get paid when we fill the position. We know this will only happen if we work hard to please both parties.
